Domestic Shipping
Most products are offered with Free Shipping which applies to shipments within the lower 48 states and excludes shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Our economy shipping option of 7 to 11 business days is the option we choose for free shipping. If you item is marked as not chosen for free-shipping, a shipping rate starting at $15.95 will be shown.
Expedited Shipping
Our expediated shipping option offers 3-5 business days for an additional fee. The option is available at checkout.
Returns
NOTE:
Items returned with a Return Authorization issued by Alarm Solutions Inc will be refused; all returned items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items which were sold with free shipping will have actual shipping costs deducted from any refund due.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be sent back in an external shipping carton. Items were are sent back in the product packaging of if their product packaging has any markings, signs of wear, use or damage, will be refused. This does not apply to the select few large items which ship from Alarm Solutions Inc in their product packaging.
Any returns received which do not meet the requirements may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
The following items are NOT RETURNABLE:
Any item that has been opened or used. Special order items - if an item has ben special ordered the customer will be notified and given the opportunity to confirm their purchase. Customized products- any ordered item which must be customized in any way including programming, labeling, lettering, cut-to-size, etc. Consumables - consumable items such as batteries, transformers, light bulbs, printer ribbon and blank media. Software or licenses, biometric readers, power supplies, power conditioners, power amplifiers and video projectors.
Important:
Alarm Solutions Inc., distributes professional grade products that are manufactured and marketed with the purpose that they be installed by trained or experienced technicians or installers. Alarm Solutions Inc., does not guarantee that any particular item will work for a desired application. Installation should be done by professional parties who understand the products and tech we offer and are experienced in set up and operation of equipment.
Alarm Solutions Co accepts product returns for items which are brand new and unopened for 30 days following delivery of the order. In order to return an item, you must first obtain a Return Authorization from Alarm Solutions Co. Requests for return must be received by Alarm Solutions Co within 30 Days of the order being delivered. Returned items must be in brand new condition, with any original seals and packaging still intact and showing no signs of use or wear.
Defective / Warranty Policy
All orders from Alarm Solutions Inc., are brand new and shipping to you in their original manufacturer’s packaging. Manufacturer’s warranties apply and Alarm Solutions Inc., is more than happy to help represent out clients with facilitating a warrant claim when defective merchandise is received or discovered during use.
Alarm Solutions Inc., does not provide any product warranty of its own.

Depending the product and its manufacturer's warranty policies, you may be required to troubleshoot an item with a manufacturer's tech support prior to being issued an authorization for warranty service.
IMPORTANT: If you have already completed this step, please include any ticket or case number that may have been provided to you.
Please be advised that depending on the nature of your claim, and the manufacturer of the item, you may be offered a replacement or an in-warranty repair. We will do our best to represent our customer's interests to secure the best possible resolution. Ultimately however, it is the manufacturer's decision and we cannot be held responsible for the method that is chosen.
Note: There are times when the warranty claim process does not happen as quickly as we would like. Please understand that we are doing everything we can to ensure that you receive the proper service as quickly as possible.
Refunds are processed between 1-3 business days following receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. Please be advised that depending on your bank, refunds may not appear on your account for 3-5 business days following issuance.
